About the PDF Toolkit
Drop in one PDF or several. Every page shows as a thumbnail: drag them into order, turn the sideways ones, delete what you do not need, then download one PDF. Switch tabs to split it into several files, number its pages, stamp a watermark on it or make it smaller.
Most online PDF tools upload your files to their servers. This one does everything in your browser, which matters for contracts, bank statements, ID scans and anything else private.
How much can compression save?
It depends on what is in the PDF. Scans and photos shrink a lot with Strong compression, often to a tenth of their size, because each page is saved again as a JPEG at the resolution you choose; 150 dpi reads well on screen and prints acceptably. The catch is that the text becomes part of the picture. PDFs made from Word or a website are usually small already, and Keep quality is the better choice for them.
Splitting by page ranges
Type the ranges you want, separated by commas: 1-3, 4-10, 11- makes three files, the last from page 11 to the end. A single number such as 5 makes a one-page file. The numbers are the positions in the grid, so reorder or delete pages first if you need to.

Frequently asked questions
Are my PDFs uploaded?
No. They are opened and saved in your browser and never sent anywhere. You can disconnect from the internet after the page loads and it still works, apart from a few fonts some PDFs need for their thumbnails.
How do I merge PDFs?
Drop all the PDFs in at once, or one after another. Their pages appear in order; drag to rearrange them, then click Download PDF.
How do I take some pages out of a PDF?
Click the pages you want, open Split and choose Selected pages, then Split and download. To keep everything except some pages, select those and click Delete instead.
Will merging change how my PDF looks?
No. The pages are copied exactly, text and images included. Bookmarks, form fields and attachments of the original files are not carried over.
Can I add page numbers in Arabic?
The page numbers use Western digits (1, 2, 3). A watermark can be in any language, Arabic included.
Can it open password-protected PDFs?
Not yet. Open the PDF in the program that made it, remove the password, and drop it in here.
Is there a size limit?
No fixed limit, but very large files (hundreds of megabytes, or thousands of pages) use a lot of memory. Phones manage less than computers.
